Hardware (GPS Trackers):

  • You may return GPS trackers within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Devices must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days for a free return and replacement or full refund.
  • We cover return shipping for defective items.

Subscription Plans:

  • No contracts. Cancel anytime.
  • Subscriptions are month-to-month, cancel anytime.
  • If canceled before activation or first use, a full refund may be issued.
  • Once activated, subscriptions are non-refundable, and we do not offer partial refunds for unused time.
